The Khoodeelaar! campaign is filing the first of a series of court actions to stop the CrossRail hole Bill. The first claims are being filed for a judicial review on Thursday 23 November 2006
The following is another version of the original piece published by the Khoodeelaar! movement against Crossrail hole assault on the East End of London. The item detailed some of the then central features about Livingstone's obstructions. The article below is a comprehensive factual summary of the relevant allegations against Ken Livingstone. 1. Within minutes [on Monday 24 April 2006] of aadhikaronline reporting the Conservative Party Chair Francis Maude's backing to Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole Bill campaign, London Mayor Ken Livingstone had his office send a strange communication to Khoodeelaar! The legal and democratic significance of the Ken Livingstone communication are enormous, especially in the last week before the scheduled local elections on 4 May 2006
2. That communication from the head of Ken Livingstone’s transport department, effectively says that the Khoodeelaar! demands for Ken Livingstone to make full disclosure of all his communications with the clique of corrupt controllers of Tower Hamlets Council are too expensive for the London Mayor to comply with!
3. There is no specific item that the London Mayor has identified in his mayor communication to Khoodeelaar on Monday 24 April 2006 as constituting an allegedly over-the-permitted limit of administration cost request under the Freed of Information Act.
4. The key point is that Khoodeelaar! the campaign against the CrossRail hole Bill attacks plan on the Brick Lane London E1 area, has been issuing ken Livingstone with a series of pre-action [letter before claim] communications and the London mayor has now run out of excuses.
5. At the centre of the Khoodeelaar legal action claims against Ken Livingstone lies in the fact that the mayor has persistently misled Londoners generally and the UK Parliament through his undisclosed deals with the Transport Department and in particular the people of the East End community affected by the CrossRail hole plan.
6. Khoodeelaar! delivered the first demand to ken Livingstone for confirming a number of facts that were linked with the mayor’s release of a news item on 24 March 2006.
7. That was followed within a day or two by other calls on Livingstone to disclose the facts of his dealing with the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council.
8. It was again repeated by Khoodeelaar! no to Crossrail hole campaign updating their calls on Livingstone to deal with the factual questions that arose about the stunt from the written statement about the CrossRail hole Bill that was issued in the UK House of Commons by CrossRail hole Minister Alistair Darling on 30 March 2006.
9. The mayor is on record as having touted for the enlisting of the ‘leaders’ and ‘lead members’ of a number of local councils, including the then leader of Tower Hamlets Council [Helal Uddin Abbas] in February 2004 as part of the Livingstone lobby for CrossRail plan.
10. In a Crossrail-hole-plan promotional ‘letter’ published in 2004 under the name of Ken Livingstone together with the names of Helal Uddin Abbas and others from other local Councils, the promotion of CrossRail was made without a single qualification let alone reservation.
11. Khoodeelaar! immediately wrote to both Livingstone and demanded that the Evening Standard publish the truth about the CrossRail hole plan. Khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque told the Editor of the London EVENING STANDRDA that their failure to publish the truth about the CrossRail plan [as it still was - because the CrossRail hole Bill was not put before the House of Commons until 22 February 2005, almost a year after Khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque was having the series of demands put on Ken Livingstone and Christine Gilbert to tell the truth of their then role in promoting the CrossRail plan. The EVENING STANADRD failed to publish the truth. As did Ken Livingstone.
12. That was in February 2004.
13. Khoodeelaar! Organiser Muhammad Haque also wrote to Tower Hamlets Council chief Executive Christine Gilbert in February 2004 and in March 2004 asking for a series of detailed answers to questions about her own role in promoting the CrossRail hole plan including the question as to what advice, if any, had she, Christine Gilbert, given to the ruling clique or group on the Tower Hamlets Council. There was no reply. There has been no reply.
14. When Khoodeelaar! issued the latest then updated series of legal claims against Alistair Darling, ken Livingstone, Christine Gilbert and a few others and said that the application to the High Court in London against them would be filed on Monday 27 March 2006, a number of things immediately happened.
15. Ken Livingstone suddenly issued a news release on 24 March 2006 saying that the CrossRail Dirt hole in the Brick Lane London E1 had been scrapped!
16. And that Ken Livingstone Crossrail-Dirt-hole plan against Brick Lane London E1 area scrapping stunt announcement was then used as the peg for the evening TV news which featured the entire cabal of self-seeking politicos doing their fame slots and assorted other fantasies. They were given more time than khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque who did say on the record [BBC London News, Friday 24 April 2006] that as far as Khoodeelaar! was concerned, they had immediately asked Livingstone to substantiate the claims of the scrapping of the Crossrail Dirty hole plan and demanded that Livingstone to answer the outstanding detailed KHOODELAAR! no to CrossRail hole questions that had been put to him as based on his unqualified plugs for the CrossRail plan over the previous years
17. Accordingly, Muhammad Haque and Khoodeelaar! campaign sent the detailed further questions immediately and also went to City hall on Monday 3 April 2006 and delivered a series of questions for Livingstone to deal with.
18. On the same occasion [3 April 2006] Khoodeelaar demonstrated the campaign’s opposition to Ken Lisnsgt9ine’s role so far and demanded that Livingstone come out with the overdue answers to the extensive and the very comprehensive KHOODEELAAR! No to the Crossrail hole questions which had arisen from Livingstone’s stunt staged on Friday 24 March 2006.about the alleged scrapping of the CrossRail Dirt hole.
19. Livingstone remained silent 20. Until the aadhikaronline news carried the first detailed transcripts of the Khoodeelaar! Organiser’s Questions and answers encounter with Conservative party chair Francis Maude in Brick Lane in the mid afternoon of Monday 24 April 2006.
21. Ken Livingstone’s head of Transports sent an e-mail which is full of typical Ken Livingstone's dissembling. The concept of dissembling as associated with ken Livingstone on 24 April 2006 had already been spotted and identified a month previously [on Friday 24 March 2006] out by Khoodeelaar organiser Muhammad Haque in his news interview with the BBC London political editor Tim Donovan on that date [Friday 24 March 2006].

The formal application against Ken Livingstone's conduct is being filed in the High Court in London on Thursday 23 November 2006.

London 1100 Hrs on Wednesday 22 November 2006 Khoodeelaar! the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 Area Campaign against CrossRail hole Bill is filing claims against London mayor Ken Livingstone in the High Court on Thursday 23 November 2006. The Khoodeelaar! legal actions relate to Ken Livingstone’s repeated assertions in promoting the Crossrail hole Bill without Livingstone’s providing a shred of evidence to substantiate his persistent claim that building the Crossrail hole line will bring benefit to the community. Khoodeelaar! Started asking CrossRail hole-backer Ken Livingstone in February 2004. In the period between February 2004 and now [Wednesday 22 November 2006], Khoodeelaar! has challenged Ken Livingstone on every single one of Livingstone's bold assertions in promoting the Crossrail hole line. On each and every occasion, Livingstone has failed to answer the Khoodeelaar! questions. The key factual questions that Khoodeelaar! has put to Ken Livingstone which Livingstone has manifestly failed to answer include those listed below:-
1. Livingstone has made factual assertions for CrossRail hole plot plan scheme Bill but when challenged to show evidence in support of the claims he has remained silent or has made an additionally misleading false untrue and untruthful claim.
2. Livingstone has failed to answer questions that arose from his reaped false assertions that bringing the Crossrail hole plan would crucially improve the quality of London economy generally and that of the East End of London in particular.
3. Livingstone has failed to explain why it is that the City of London interests never mention the East End or the rest of the planned CrossRail line to the East of London and rather concentrate on the Canary Wharf and Heathrow
4. Livingstone has not shown any evidence of any factual demand for a CrossRail Line in London as compared with the existing rail and public transport infrastructure and placed in the context of the standard and the quality of the infrastructure
5. Livingstone has not answered questions concerning his promotion of the image of Bob Kiley instead of accounting for his payment of Londoner’s money in the sum of millions, which promotion Livingstone perpetrated again this morning [Wednesday 22 November 2006] on the BBC Radio 4 Today programme ‘[interviewed tamely and half-knowledgeably by John Humphreys who let Livingstone got off the hook on the matter]..
6. Livingstone has not answered questions about corruption linked with the series of criminally conceived, ethnicity-specified elements in the East End of London devised at the initiative of the petty-minded, irresponsible anti-democratic and pro-corruption ego programmes entirely to fulfill the personal, selfish aims of Ken Livingstone. Livingstone was asked to explain his stated promise to bribe people if those people colluded with Livingstone's misinformation blitzkrieg FOR Crossrail hole attack on the community in the East End.

This is the first legal action communication since the council elections held on 4 May 2006 from Khoodeelaar! The Brick Lane [and Whitechapel] London E1 area campaign against Crossrail hole Bill 2004 – 2006.
This is to give notice to every current councillor on Tower Hamlets Council that Khoodeelaar! will take legal action to force the Tower Hamlets Council to conduct its democratic duties in accordance with the constitutional and legal parameters as set by the legitimate representations and the demands of the community, as reinforced on 22 January 2006 that Tower Hamlets Council pass an unequivocal NO to Crossrail hole Bill motion at the first full Council meeting to be held on 21 June 2006.
We are sending you this in good faith and on the assumption that you will wish to support the community’ opposition to the Tower Hamlets Council being involved in any way as a de facto agency for the CrossRail promoters and that you will wish to also avoid the Council being entangled in a new and unnecessary descent of the confrontation over Crossrail.

The Mps lack courage and knowledge and they are there because they are after jobs, and a cushy career. So, what is this rumour I hear that some of the Merseyside constituency Mps are actually making noise allegedly critical of the CrossRail Bill? The answer is obvious. Khoodeelaar! more demands on Crossrail to answer questions about what they are doing with the £100 million 'allocation' of public funds [made by Alistair Darling in December 2005]. The reminders sent this week, and today, are parts of the ongoing Khoodeelaar! legal action programme claims that a significant part of the money is being abused and wasted by and for CLRL and Crossrail promoters who are or are most likely to be RIGHT NOW bribing sources so that they would promote Crossrail. This has been put to both Alistair Darling whilst he was still in post at the Department for Transport and to his successor, Douglas Alexander. Neither has had the legal honesty to come back with a straight answer. we have also asked the DfT employees, who together make up the 'Crossrail Bill' Team within the DfT to answer the key question and its ancillary amplifiers. They too have failed. Then we have put the questions to the CLRL, the CrossRail company employees, including to their company Secretary. They too have failed to answer the question and the associated amplifiers. Why are we asking questions? Why do we not go straight to court instead of bothering with these stonewallers?? The reason is that we have to be seen to be giving ALL the opportunities, all the forms and shapes of the central constitutional question before we put it to the court that the Dft, the Government and the CLRL have concealed and failed and lied. These are serious charges and we intend to make our evidence water tight. Now, anyone seeking to secure from Crossrail and from the DfT the answers to the questions that we have devised, compiled and communicated and updated and issued and served, is welcome to do their own best and obtain answers from the lying bureaucrats. We shall be more than willing to cite any credible evidence of any such attempt. This is the essence of the Khoodeelar1 movement. we are legal. We are constitutional. We are fair and we are transparent. We have been initiating a series of totally new constitutional law methods of dealing with the corrupt local and central government bureaucrats. We have been doing this so effectively that a number of 'world renowned' 'personalities' now are using our words, phrases and are doing so as if they and not us, authored these phrases. We are keenly watching THEM as we are watching the CRASSrail liars. and we are on top of the case. The Dft is on the run. Constitutionally. Legally. And on the facts. This is the updated Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole Bill campaign demand on BBC to publish the truth about the Government’s 'about turn' on the Crossrail hole plan - as broadcast in the package in the 'Politics Show' on Sunday 26 march 2006 ".
This demand has been sent to the BBC this afternoon, following the retention of the Crossrail hole Bill in the ‘Queen’s Speech’ delivered today Wednesday 15 November 2006.
To all those with a reasonable grasp of reality generally and with a requisite level of understanding about how the court system operates in the UK, no court action that involves the gamut of the UK constitution [real or fictional] can be effectively mounted without getting the law and the evidence backing the law sorted out.
That is why the Khoodeelaar! legal action programme is taking as long as it is taking.
Our resolve is to get the work done when we get inside the court. Or within the court system. We have therefore renewed our demand to the BBC which had been sent in March this year for them to publish the truth on CrossRail. They have failed to do so. And in the run up to today’s Queen’s SPEECH inclusion of Crossrail, the BBC had been leading with the brazenly one-sided, untruthful promotion of the crass Crossrail hole Bill. As I have pointed out in the past week as well, the BBC has plugged the City of London Corporation’s Michael Snyder's own pack of CrossRail hole lies and pr0omotions without asking for a view from either Khoodeelaar! or from any other known or identifiable commentator critical of the Crossrail hole Bill. . There have been no comments expressed over the BBC against any aspect of the hugely flawed and wasteful CrossRail Bill.
Here is what we have sent to the BBC today [15 November 2006], reiterating the contents of our communication originally sent to them on 31 March 2006: .

As already published by the Khoodeelaaronline service with effect from about 1430 Hrs GMT on Sunday 26 March 2006, the Khoodeelaar! campaign against Crossrail hole attacks on the East End has maintained that the BBC refused to or failed to show the full range of facts about the CrossRail hole and it did not give enough time to showing the facts.
8. Based on this afternoon’s [31 March 2006] assertion by the ‘programme editor’ of the alleged debate in studio in the package on CrossRail, it is reiterated herewith and hereby that that was not a ‘debate’ that elicited the facts that must be drawn to the attention of viewers of BBC programmes on such topics as CrossRail and their impact on the lives of people and communities.
9. The programme editor is hereby and herewith being asked to substantiate his statements or to apologise for making false and defamatory statements."

The points made in the piece about the role played by local Council, here, Tower Hamlets Council, in letting the community down over housing, could have been made more strongly if Mr Wells had included the facts he himself has known, about the Crossrail threat to the same borough and to the same areas.
If Tower Hamlets council and central Government have been wrong on housing then they have been equally wrong to promote Crossrail hole project.
What is it that underlies the exclusion of references to the Khoodeelaar! Movement against CrossRail hole plot, plan, scheme, project Bill?
After all, it is the ONLY issue, the CrossRail Bill that has been addressed by the Executive [Secretary of State – see ‘written statement’ dated 30 March 2006 in the name of then Transport Secretary Alistair Darling in the UK House of Commons] that was brought to the fore as a direct result of the Khoodeelaar! Campaign.
So why pretend that it has not happened?
The about-turn on what I have described specifically as the Crossrail DIRT hole in the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area was forced on the government by the clear community threat correctly aimed at the Blairing clique on Tower Hamlets Council.
That same clique is pursing the same sort of irrational and corrupt agenda on housing as it is doing on other aspects of the Council’s ‘remits’ as the local authority.
The ONLY way that anti-social policies can be defeated in Tower Hamlets is by giving actual campaigning priority to the principle of the matter rather than looking for partisan advantages.

To establish the objective answer to this question, all the relevant facts need to be assessed and looked at.

Mr Galloway’s absence from the campaign against Crossrail has been noticed and measured by reference to the facts of his activities over the period 14 June 2006 to now [14 November 2006], a full five months.
Despite our writing to him and our publishing of the several Open Letters, Mr Galloway has not responded to the question: what is he doing to oppose Crossrail hole Bill.
In view of the fact that I had given Mr Galloway the t highest number of positive references [of any other writer other than Mr Galloway himself on any single topic in context] in the period upto 4 May 2006 [the date on which the local council elections were held], it is curious, to put it very mildly that Mr Galloway has maintained silence on the matter. Closer examination of his records on other topics and subjects and issues as a member of parliament shows that Mr Galloway has shown more concern about what has allegedly happened to the relevant branch of the National Union of Journalists [NUJ] than to the community in the Crossrail hole-targeted part of the Bethnal green and Bow. Despite being asked to state what if any he has said to who in the present UK Government or in the UK Parliament or to anyone else concerned with the promotion of Crossrail scheme, Mr Galloway has not communicated any facts to the community or made anything public via his usual outlets. The Khoodeelaar! campaign is filing the first of a series of court actions to stop the CrossRail hole Bill. The first claims are being filed for a judicial review on Thursday 23 November 2006
The following is another version of the original piece published by the Khoodeelaar! movement against Crossrail hole assault on the East End of London. No to Crossrail hole Bill campaign, London Mayor Ken Livingstone had his office send a strange communication to Khoodeelaar! The legal and democratic significance of the Ken Livingstone communication are enormous, especially in the last week before the scheduled local elections on 4 May 2006
2. That communication from the head of Ken Livingstone’s transport department, effectively says that the Khoodeelaar! demands for Ken Livingstone to make full disclosure of all his communications with the clique of corrupt controllers of Tower Hamlets Council are too expensive for the London Mayor to comply with!
3. There is no specific item that the London Mayor has identified in his mayor communication to Khoodeelaar on Monday 24 April 2006 as constituting an allegedly over-the-permitted limit of administration cost request under the Freed of Information Act.
4. The key point is that Khoodeelaar! the campaign against the CrossRail hole Bill attacks plan on the Brick Lane London E1 area, has been issuing ken Livingstone with a series of pre-action [letter before claim] communications and the London mayor has now run out of excuses.
5. At the centre of the Khoodeelaar legal action claims against Ken Livingstone lies in the fact that the mayor has persistently misled Londoners generally and the UK Parliament through his undisclosed deals with the Transport Department and in particular the people of the East End community affected by the CrossRail hole plan.
6. Khoodeelaar! delivered the first demand to ken Livingstone for confirming a number of facts that were linked with the mayor’s release of a news item on 24 March 2006.
7. That was followed within a day or two by other calls on Livingstone to disclose the facts of his dealing with the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council.
8. It was again repeated by Khoodeelaar! no to Crossrail hole campaign updating their calls on Livingstone to deal with the factual questions that arose about the stunt from the written statement about the CrossRail hole Bill that was issued in the UK House of Commons by CrossRail hole Minister Alistair Darling on 30 March 2006.
9. The mayor is on record as having touted for the enlisting of the ‘leaders’ and ‘lead members’ of a number of local councils, including the then leader of Tower Hamlets Council [Helal Uddin Abbas] in February 2004 as part of the Livingstone lobby for CrossRail plan.
10. In a Crossrail-hole-plan promotional ‘letter’ published in 2004 under the name of Ken Livingstone together with the names of Helal Uddin Abbas and others from other local Councils, the promotion of CrossRail was made without a single qualification let alone reservation.
11. Khoodeelaar! immediately wrote to both Livingstone and demanded that the Evening Standard publish the truth about the CrossRail hole plan. Khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque told the Editor of the London EVENING STANDRDA that their failure to publish the truth about the CrossRail plan [as it still was - because the CrossRail hole Bill was not put before the House of Commons until 22 February 2005, almost a year after Khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque was having the series of demands put on Ken Livingstone and Christine Gilbert to tell the truth of their then role in promoting the CrossRail plan. The EVENING STANADRD failed to publish the truth. As did Ken Livingstone.
12. That was in February 2004.
13. Khoodeelaar! Organiser Muhammad Haque also wrote to Tower Hamlets Council chief Executive Christine Gilbert in February 2004 and in March 2004 asking for a series of detailed answers to questions about her own role in promoting the CrossRail hole plan including the question as to what advice, if any, had she, Christine Gilbert, given to the ruling clique or group on the Tower Hamlets Council. There was no reply. There has been no reply.
14. When Khoodeelaar! issued the latest then updated series of legal claims against Alistair Darling, ken Livingstone, Christine Gilbert and a few others and said that the application to the High Court in London against them would be filed on Monday 27 March 2006, a number of things immediately happened.
15. Ken Livingstone suddenly issued a news release on 24 March 2006 saying that the CrossRail Dirt hole in the Brick Lane London E1 had been scrapped!
16. And that Ken Livingstone Crossrail-Dirt-hole plan against Brick Lane London E1 area scrapping stunt announcement was then used as the peg for the evening TV news which featured the entire cabal of self-seeking politicos doing their fame slots and assorted other fantasies. They were given more time than khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque who did say on the record [BBC London News, Friday 24 April 2006] that as far as Khoodeelaar! was concerned, they had immediately asked Livingstone to substantiate the claims of the scrapping of the Crossrail Dirty hole plan and demanded that Livingstone to answer the outstanding detailed KHOODELAAR! no to CrossRail hole questions that had been put to him as based on his unqualified plugs for the CrossRail plan over the previous years
17. Accordingly, Muhammad Haque and Khoodeelaar! campaign sent the detailed further questions immediately and also went to City hall on Monday 3 April 2006 and delivered a series of questions for Livingstone to deal with.
18. On the same occasion [3 April 2006] Khoodeelaar demonstrated the campaign’s opposition to Ken Lisnsgt9ine’s role so far and demanded that Livingstone come out with the overdue answers to the extensive and the very comprehensive KHOODEELAAR! No to the Crossrail hole questions which had arisen from Livingstone’s stunt staged on Friday 24 March 2006.about the alleged scrapping of the CrossRail Dirt hole.
19. Livingstone remained silent 20. Until the aadhikaronline news carried the first detailed transcripts of the Khoodeelaar! Organiser’s Questions and answers encounter with Conservative party chair Francis Maude in Brick Lane in the mid afternoon of Monday 24 April 2006.
21. Ken Livingstone’s head of Transports sent an e-mail which is full of typical Ken Livingstone's dissembling. The Khoodeelaar! legal actions relate to Ken Livingstone’s repeated assertions in promoting the Crossrail hole Bill without Livingstone’s providing a shred of evidence to substantiate his persistent claim that building the Crossrail hole line will bring benefit to the community. Khoodeelaar! Started asking CrossRail hole-backer Ken Livingstone in February 2004. In the period between February 2004 and now [Wednesday 22 November 2006], Khoodeelaar! has challenged Ken Livingstone on every single one of Livingstone's bold assertions in promoting the Crossrail hole line. On each and every occasion, Livingstone has failed to answer the Khoodeelaar! questions. The key factual questions that Khoodeelaar! has put to Ken Livingstone which Livingstone has manifestly failed to answer include those listed below:-
1. Livingstone has made factual assertions for CrossRail hole plot plan scheme Bill but when challenged to show evidence in support of the claims he has remained silent or has made an additionally misleading false untrue and untruthful claim.
2. Livingstone has failed to answer questions that arose from his reaped false assertions that bringing the Crossrail hole plan would crucially improve the quality of London economy generally and that of the East End of London in particular.
3. Livingstone has failed to explain why it is that the City of London interests never mention the East End or the rest of the planned CrossRail line to the East of London and rather concentrate on the Canary Wharf and Heathrow
4. Livingstone has not shown any evidence of any factual demand for a CrossRail Line in London as compared with the existing rail and public transport infrastructure and placed in the context of the standard and the quality of the infrastructure
5. Livingstone has not answered questions concerning his promotion of the image of Bob Kiley instead of accounting for his payment of Londoner’s money in the sum of millions, which promotion Livingstone perpetrated again this morning [Wednesday 22 November 2006] on the BBC Radio 4 Today programme ‘[interviewed tamely and half-knowledgeably by John Humphreys who let Livingstone got off the hook on the matter]..
6. Livingstone has not answered questions about corruption linked with the series of criminally conceived, ethnicity-specified elements in the East End of London devised at the initiative of the petty-minded, irresponsible anti-democratic and pro-corruption ego programmes entirely to fulfill the personal, selfish aims of Ken Livingstone. This is to give notice to every current councillor on Tower Hamlets Council that Khoodeelaar! will take legal action to force the Tower Hamlets Council to conduct its democratic duties in accordance with the constitutional and legal parameters as set by the legitimate representations and the demands of the community, as reinforced on 22 January 2006 that Tower Hamlets Council pass an unequivocal NO to Crossrail hole Bill motion at the first full Council meeting to be held on 21 June 2006.
We are sending you this in good faith and on the assumption that you will wish to support the community’ opposition to the Tower Hamlets Council being involved in any way as a de facto agency for the CrossRail promoters and that you will wish to also avoid the Council being entangled in a new and unnecessary descent of the confrontation over Crossrail.

Khoodeelaar! more demands on Crossrail to answer questions about what they are doing with the £100 million 'allocation' of public funds [made by Alistair Darling in December 2005]. The reminders sent this week, and today, are parts of the ongoing Khoodeelaar! legal action programme claims that a significant part of the money is being abused and wasted by and for CLRL and Crossrail promoters who are or are most likely to be RIGHT NOW bribing sources so that they would promote Crossrail. This has been put to both Alistair Darling whilst he was still in post at the Department for Transport and to his successor, Douglas Alexander. Neither has had the legal honesty to come back with a straight answer. we have also asked the DfT employees, who together make up the 'Crossrail Bill' Team within the DfT to answer the key question and its ancillary amplifiers. They too have failed. Then we have put the questions to the CLRL, the CrossRail company employees, including to their company Secretary. They too have failed to answer the question and the associated amplifiers. Why are we asking questions? Why do we not go straight to court instead of bothering with these stonewallers?? The reason is that we have to be seen to be giving ALL the opportunities, all the forms and shapes of the central constitutional question before we put it to the court that the Dft, the Government and the CLRL have concealed and failed and lied. These are serious charges and we intend to make our evidence water tight. Now, anyone seeking to secure from Crossrail and from the DfT the answers to the questions that we have devised, compiled and communicated and updated and issued and served, is welcome to do their own best and obtain answers from the lying bureaucrats. We shall be more than willing to cite any credible evidence of any such attempt. This is the essence of the Khoodeelar1 movement. we are legal. We are constitutional. This is the updated Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole Bill campaign demand on BBC to publish the truth about the Government’s 'about turn' on the Crossrail hole plan - as broadcast in the package in the 'Politics Show' on Sunday 26 march 2006 ".
This demand has been sent to the BBC this afternoon, following the retention of the Crossrail hole Bill in the ‘Queen’s Speech’ delivered today Wednesday 15 November 2006.
To all those with a reasonable grasp of reality generally and with a requisite level of understanding about how the court system operates in the UK, no court action that involves the gamut of the UK constitution [real or fictional] can be effectively mounted without getting the law and the evidence backing the law sorted out.
That is why the Khoodeelaar! legal action programme is taking as long as it is taking.
Our resolve is to get the work done when we get inside the court. Or within the court system. We have therefore renewed our demand to the BBC which had been sent in March this year for them to publish the truth on CrossRail. They have failed to do so. And in the run up to today’s Queen’s SPEECH inclusion of Crossrail, the BBC had been leading with the brazenly one-sided, untruthful promotion of the crass Crossrail hole Bill. As I have pointed out in the past week as well, the BBC has plugged the City of London Corporation’s Michael Snyder's own pack of CrossRail hole lies and pr0omotions without asking for a view from either Khoodeelaar! or from any other known or identifiable commentator critical of the Crossrail hole Bill. . There have been no comments expressed over the BBC against any aspect of the hugely flawed and wasteful CrossRail Bill.
Here is what we have sent to the BBC today [15 November 2006], reiterating the contents of our communication originally sent to them on 31 March 2006: .

In the pack of lies, one particular element will be featuring the latest demands and dictates of Big Business as conveyed via the media already and issued from the City of London Corporation. The lying component will go something like this- that ‘business’ in Britain is doing well, so [utterly illogically!] the public must fund the next plot hatched by Big Business… This will be a plea for the public funding of Crossrail hole project... There will be no evidence to support any assertion or claim they will make for the crassly conceived CrossRail hole scheme. No questions will be asked in the formal halls of the so-called democratic Houses of British Parliament. Nor in the public paid studios of the so-called free speaking media... And the mainly parasitic careerists and small-timers, styling themselves 'Parliamentarians', will not be heard, other than in ritualistically making the odd noise for the benefit of the Big Business agenda setters and their controlled agents now in Government. So much for democracy! So much for the open and transparent and the democratic accountability by the Executive to the democratic parliament!!!!…. It is against this context that the Campaign for the defence of the community in the East End against CrossRail will have to be maintained and progressed.

The points made in the piece about the role played by local Council, here, Tower Hamlets Council, in letting the community down over housing, could have been made more strongly if Mr Wells had included the facts he himself has known, about the Crossrail threat to the same borough and to the same areas.
If Tower Hamlets council and central Government have been wrong on housing then they have been equally wrong to promote Crossrail hole project.
What is it that underlies the exclusion of references to the Khoodeelaar! Movement against CrossRail hole plot, plan, scheme, project Bill?
After all, it is the ONLY issue, the CrossRail Bill that has been addressed by the Executive [Secretary of State – see ‘written statement’ dated 30 March 2006 in the name of then Transport Secretary Alistair Darling in the UK House of Commons] that was brought to the fore as a direct result of the Khoodeelaar! Campaign.
So why pretend that it has not happened?
The about-turn on what I have described specifically as the Crossrail DIRT hole in the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area was forced on the government by the clear community threat correctly aimed at the Blairing clique on Tower Hamlets Council.
That same clique is pursing the same sort of irrational and corrupt agenda on housing as it is doing on other aspects of the Council’s ‘remits’ as the local authority.
The ONLY way that anti-social policies can be defeated in Tower Hamlets is by giving actual campaigning priority to the principle of the matter rather than looking for partisan advantages.
Why hasn’t the ‘local MP’ George Galloway moved a single ‘Early day Motion’ against Crossrail?

To establish the objective answer to this question, all the relevant facts need to be assessed and looked at.
Here they are in context
Mr Galloway’s absence from the campaign against Crossrail has been noticed and measured by reference to the facts of his activities over the period 14 June 2006 to now [14 November 2006], a full five months.
Despite our writing to him and our publishing of the several Open Letters, Mr Galloway has not responded to the question: what is he doing to oppose Crossrail hole Bill.
In view of the fact that I had given Mr Galloway the t highest number of positive references [of any other writer other than Mr Galloway himself on any single topic in context] in the period upto 4 May 2006 [the date on which the local council elections were held], it is curious, to put it very mildly that Mr Galloway has maintained silence on the matter. Closer examination of his records on other topics and subjects and issues as a member of parliament shows that Mr Galloway has shown more concern about what has allegedly happened to the relevant branch of the National Union of Journalists [NUJ] than to the community in the Crossrail hole-targeted part of the Bethnal green and Bow. Despite being asked to state what if any he has said to who in the present UK Government or in the UK Parliament or to anyone else concerned with the promotion of Crossrail scheme, Mr Galloway has not communicated any facts to the community or made anything public via his usual outlets.
